Loving Hearts Everywhere…

Many thanks to the wonderful group of women who joined me on our recent Loving Heart Retreat. It was so very special as the feedback from the group shows:

Siobhan’s generous heart, beautiful meditations and earthy grounded style of yoga were just what I needed to recharge my batteries and realise what changes I can make to move forward in my life. Loved the fun, laughter and the quiet, and noisy connections with joy. Mary Russell, Yoga teacher Kilkenney.

Spiritually organic, transcendental, transitional all with humour and very human support. No passports, visas or airlines involved. Geraldine Young.

I’d definitely like to be involved in future yoga retreats, classes-so please keep me informed. I really enjoyed this weekend-my sincerest heartfelt thank you! I definitely am up for helping at the lighthouse in whatever way I can-so shout me anytime! Una

Siobhan-Thanks! This weekend has allowed me to find some sort of inner peace. I have forgiven myself for beating myself up for getting ill. I can now let that go and move forward with an ‘open heart’. My sankalpa will help to keep me where I want to be. The yoga was great to reengage physically, Thanks Queen Shiv. S

Thank You so much for this beautiful ‘Loving Heart Weekend’…all the nurturing and the love. I feel completely renewed and revitalised. Thank you- Happy-more please!! Keep those wonderful workshops, retreats and gatherings going. Lots of love and light Caroline

A wonderful weekend in a very special place with very special people and very special leader. So lucky to have been part of it thank you.-cannot think of anyway things could be improved the content of the workshops was new and brilliant. I’m looking forward to seeing how I use it going forward t seeing where I can change my approach.Anne Marie Carson

A wonderful weekend, space to be myself. I loved every minute. I loved the fact that there was a quiet space. I expected to need it more but knowing it was there-I didn’t.Majella

I really enjoyed sharing the weekend with such wonderful women. I felt really nourished emotionally, I am now definitely in the right place. Thank you. Caroline Carroll

I came here looking for inspiration and quickly realised it was inside me all along. I learned so many lessons about myself this weekend, one of the most important was to have confidence in me. Now, I am able to give and receive love freely. Thank you. Emma

Wonderful weekend full of love, light and inspiration. Inspiration from all directions including the other people on the course-terrific experience. What could you provide?…more yoga!! Every day of the week! Louise

The Newgrange retreat was an experience I would not have missed for the world. It was full of yoga, stretches, meditation and fun. It was a great opportunity to meet with like-minded people and share our thoughts and feelings. The Lodge was a perfect site for sight-seeing some of the great historical sites. But mostly it was about learning who I AM. Lynda Mc Court

A fab weekend, engaged with inner self-peace! Don’t change. All good. Anonymous

This retreat has made a big difference to me. My heart feels full and open. You have helped me so much and thank you for being open for me to talk to you and for all your words.Anonymous

 Yoga Got Me Swimming!

One of my most common sayings in yoga classes is- “How you are on the mat, is how you are off the mat”. A signal that I teach yoga not to help people get great butts,  but to help them have great lives!

Every week I hear from students about  yoga has changed their lives, often in the most surprising ways. Imagine how delighted I was when a student recently shared this

One other benefit of yoga, after many many years of not being able to swim, I took the plunge last month and started swimming lessons. Yoga has given me the confidence to try new things and trust in my own ability!

A beautiful example of how yoga works its magic. If you have been toying with trying yoga out- take the plunge at one of our new courses starting this week!

Yoga for EVERYbody!
